Part one: Invite Your Best Self

Orient everyone toward success and flourishing while navigating a potentially tricky time. Prior to your team’s transition, we’ll use art and strategic conversations to identify unspoken expectations and set vision for a positive new phase of work.

Part Two: Yes, and…
2.5-3 hrs. * Hosted for hybrid Zoom & in-person participation
After your team has had time to adjust to their hybrid-work situation(s), we’ll check in, revisit ideas from the past workshop, and hone your team’s communication skills! This highly-interactive time doubles as a communication development and team building workshop. Celebrate wins and proactively tackle challenges to hybrid teamwork with meaningful conversation and intro-level improv games.
Participants will:
Celebrate "wins" since the transition
Identify & bridge communication gaps in hybrid teamwork specific to your group
Practice meaningful connection w. teammates
Each part also includes:
Team-building & guided mindfulness exercises using art
Tailored pre-workshop questionnaire identifying participants' concerns and priorities before/after the initial transition
Brief summary report of valuable survey information
Package includes all facilitation, an on-site visit from the facilitator prior to Part Two and later for Part Two facilitation, and follow up materials.
