What would your team look, sound, and act like fully alive and genuinely themselves at work? As lifelong students and passionate teachers of literature, poetry, theater, and visual art, we’re dedicated to helping people find and activate their truest voice —their best self—through the arts, and bringing that voice to work. Why? Not only is that a recipe for a more meaningful life, we’ve found (and so has recent research) that people do their very best, most innovative work when they’re operating with their full selves, fully alive.

We’ve seen it happen over and over in our workshops and events. We strategically introduce art within a professional setting and then witness energy and self-discovery light up a room or a Zoom call. Art works in the professional world as much as in galleries and concert halls, because it is a vital expression of who we are as humans—our whole, powerful selves. It is a surprising catalyst for workplace growth and transformation, because art connects us to who we are and helps us locate our own unique “voice” in the world.

Our name, Vox Omnibus, which can be translated from Latin as “many voices,” refers to the many voices throughout creative history that have inspired us to find our own. And, in the end, that’s our underlying goal for everyone, especially our clients: to empower, invite and inspire you to bring your full voice forward and into the workplace using the magic of art!
