Vox Omnibus facilitates conversations around the literature, visual art, and poetry of BIPOC artists to cultivate cultural awareness and sensitivity in the workplace. We’ll collaborate with your DEI leadership to tailor art-based workshops designed for honest conversation, deeper awareness and connection, and when appropriate, change. Revolving around specific works of art, our workshops offer participants a structured space to productively explore potentially challenging topics. We strongly encourage this service be used in the context of broader, longstanding DEI initiatives.
For organizations looking to make first steps or to expand their DEI offerings, we suggest our one-hour art experiences celebrating up to nine of the cultural heritage months in a year. Offerings can range from Artful Meditations or interactive art lectures featuring artwork and poetry of BIPOC artists to artist visits from BIPOC singers and artists. We also offer art appreciation courses featuring under-represented groups, including a short survey of African-American/Black art history.
